First, for all

Accessibility should not be an ad hoc feature request. Step change in tech, particularly AI and wearables, holds the promise of more access for the sensory or motor impaired. To make good on it, access for all has to be built into the prototype. Not being a part of the a11y community, even as advocate, is itself an impairment for people who are making the early product decisions.

As a footnote, one place I landed in search of perspective was the Access On pod from the National Federation of the Blind. Put it on your playlist.
